Run condos are some of the closest to the base of Deer Valley.
Our home, being in the southernmost building, is also the closest
to the base, giving it unrestricted views of the mountain.
We are so close to the base of the mountain that you are afforded a
virtual ski-in / ski-out experience.

Walk just steps and check your kids into a top rated ski
school.

Don’t worry, a complete renovation in the fall of 2002 included
travertine tile in the foyer, kitchen and baths, with granite countertops
throughout. New furnishings make the update complete. Designed
as a double master, the layout has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom,
each with a private bath.
There is also a half bath in the foyer. A queen sleeper sofa
is in the spacious great room. The great room has a beautiful
stackstone wood-burning fireplace. Ten-foot ceilings add to the
spaciousness.
Off the great room is a large deck with a private hot tub, facing
the mountain.
Even though you may never need a car, Powder Run has underground
parking served by an elevator.
